Ihsan Saleem is the Managing Partner and CEO of Saleem & Co., a vertically integrated investment, construction, and management firm. Prior to founding Saleem & Co., Ihsan was an investment banking professional in the Global Industrials Group at Deutsche Bank. There, he specialized in advising homebuilding and building products companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financings, contributing to over $10 billion in closed transactions.

• Acquired, developed, and renovated over 2,000 multifamily housing units, hundreds of single-family homes, and multiple office and retail properties in Metro Atlanta.
• Built a $50 million track record in sourcing distressed deal flow and executing turnaround business plans that deliver exceptional risk-adjusted returns and meaningful social impact.
